		<description>It is no secret that the Bush Administration and the RNC have placed political operatives in all of the executive departments.  Not all of those placed have been paid employees, but have been "analysts."  As a prelude to the 2006 midterm elections, it might be interesting to secure personal information on a 3 million+ voting block that would seem approachable by the right through canvassing efforts.  The next question would be who stole it?  Follow the money!!</description>
