		<description>I know in comparison to the grand scheme of things 128 people is far less than most laptop losses, but its really getting to a point where its unbearable.  How many companies, especially health care industry ones, will continue to be so reckless with people’s personal information.  I really wish HIPAA would start taking violators to task.  I recently wrote about &lt;a href="http://ezinearticles.com/?The-Modern-Medical-Office:--Balancing-Success,-Technology,-and-HIPAA&#38;id=397130" rel="nofollow"&gt; HIPAA&lt;/a&gt; and I really believe that if we were have it being enforced there would be a significant change in the number of laptops packed with ssn's that go missing or lapses in system networks where private info is listed to prying eyes.</description>
